Terms and Conditions of Sale – Delegate Pass

MEGAWATT EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE
October 21–22, 2025 – Milan Bergamo Exhibition Center (Italy)

By purchasing a Delegate Pass, the attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale:

1. Delegate Pass Rates

  • €250 (EUR) for 1-day access
  • €500 (EUR) for 2-day access - Discounted rate of €400 (EUR) applied for booking received within the 20.09.2025

2. Payment and Registration

  • Delegate Passes must be purchased in advance.
  • Upon completing the registration form, the applicant will receive an invoice issued by MEGAWATT S.r.l.
  • Registration is valid only upon full payment of the invoice.
  • Payment method: bank transfer (instructions provided in the invoice).
  • All bank charges are to be covered by the attendee.

3. Invoicing

4. Cancellation Policy

Delegate Passes are non-refundable once payment is received.

General Terms and Conditions of Participation

Applicable to all registered participants of MEGAWATT EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE
October 21–22, 2025 – Milan Bergamo Exhibition Center (Italy)

By registering or being granted access to the event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Admission & Badge

  • All registered participants will receive a confirmation email with instructions to download their event badge.
  • The badge must be printed in advance and presented at the event entrance.
  • The badge is personal and non-transferable, and must be worn visibly at all times within the venue.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of each participant at the entrance.

2. Access Rights by Category

  • Delegate Pass: Full Access on the Exhibition Floor day 21 and 22 October. Selected day(s) and exclusive access to the Conference Area on October 21 and/or 22, 2025.
  • Attendees / Visitors (by invitation only): Access to the Exhibition Floor only, free of charge; entry subject to registration and invitation approval.
  • Exhibitors: Access to the Exhibition Floor and their own stand area; entry permitted before opening hours and after closing hours as defined in the Exhibitor Manual; no access to the Conference Area unless a Delegate Pass is purchased.
  • Installers / Contractors: Access limited to the setup and dismantling periods only; no access permitted during event opening days unless authorized by the Organizer.
  • Staff: Access as defined by assigned roles and schedules; must be visibly identifiable by staff credentials or uniforms.

3. Target Audience

MEGAWATT is a business-to-business (B2B) event. Admittance is restricted to industry professionals, researchers, universities, institutions. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to individuals who do not match the professional profile.

4. Minors and Non-Professional Visitors

Entry is strictly prohibited to individuals under 18, even if accompanied. The event is not open to the general public or private individuals outside the sector.

5. Behavior and Security

All participants must act professionally and respectfully. The Organizer may remove any person for inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. Security checks may be performed at the entrance.

6. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to appear in such materials unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

7. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damaged belongings during the event.

8. Event Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to modify schedules, programs, or access conditions for safety or organizational reasons.

9. Data Protection – GDPR Compliance

All personal data collected during registration or participation in the event will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy laws. The data will be used exclusively for managing event participation, sending logistical communications and updates, administrative and fiscal purposes related to invoicing and registration, and promotional communications regarding future editions or related initiatives.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
